NELM participates on the Climate Conference in Paris. 
The specialist in international law and partner of NELM, Eduardo Felipe Matias, represented the office at the Climate Conference (COP 21) held in Paris in December 2015. The office was part of the Brazilian delegation that was able to stand on the issues discussed in occasion.
COP 21 gathered developed and developing countries to discuss measures to curb emissions of greenhouse gases and cope with the impacts of climate change.
In this new agreement, each country presented their voluntary contributions, based on their local situation, differently of previous conferences that a set a global goal which did not consider the specificities of each region. "The agreement was based on ambition, review and transparency.
